Karen qualified from Glasgow Dental School in 2013. She completed her postgraduate training year in Dunfermline before moving to Edinburgh.
She has since completed a diploma for the membership of dental surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

Kat has been working as a dental nurse since 2018 and gain her PDA with SVQ3 in dental nursing in December 2018.
She is passionate about dentistry and enjoys assisting Dr Karen Mitchell with her cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign treatments
Kat thoroughly enjoys and is committed to keeping up to date with the latest dental knowledge and research. Special interest in oral cancer.
As a working mum, living locally, she divides her spare time between school runs, family and friends.
